Stunning location for our needs, very close to the beach and the ferry port, the city center of Ceuta and a shopping area. Nearby Tokio Copas - great place to chill out. A private safe, a minibar, and central heating available in the premium king room.

The central location of my stay made exploring the area easy, with shops and cafes just a short walk away. I loved the scenic views from my room's balcony, especially the picturesque sight of Gibraltar. The room featured a luxurious hydro massage shower that added a relaxing touch to my experience.

Everything was very good, including flexible staff and marvellous location in the centre. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with balcony. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe were much appreciated.

Extremely comfy bed, recently renovated and reasonably large rooms. Large bathroom and a hydro massage shower with good sewerage.

Upon arrival, the room was not cleaned or prepared, with missing towels and a filthy bathroom. The reception service was unfriendly and unhelpful. The cooling system malfunctioned during the night, leaving us uncomfortable and without support from the staff.

The hotel is recently renovated, nice design, everything is clean and new, Comfortable beds, friendly staff. It is situated in the heart of the city center. really close to the center . Porte Maillot subway station and close to congress center.

The location is quite convenient for exploring the area. The room had significant cleanliness issues, with bird droppings on the balcony and a dead bird near the pool that went unaddressed for days. Breakfast options were limited and disappointing. Only a croissant or a small cheese and ham roll was offered, and additional coffee required an extra charge.

It's in the heart of the old city and yet so quiet. I was surprized to see so many people including children, for breakfast....I Never saw them or heard them at any time of night or day. It was that quiet in the hotel. They are well organized and they do an excellent breakfast buffet. It is located in the middle of town and only a short walk from a beautiful beach. The safe in the room was big enough for a laptop even. A pleasant and easy stay.

There wasn't water in the swimming pool and there wasn't much fresh air in the room that I had as the windows came out on a small and quite dark patio with walls scattered with airco'S. The airco in the room was excellent though and there were double windows, so it was very quiet with the windows closed.

Had a pretty chill stay with my family. The rooms were spacious, and the air conditioning was on point for the warm days. Breakfast offered decent options, but honestly, I'd suggest hitting up nearby cafes for better choices. A satisfying experience!

One of the advantage of this hotel is its location, it's in the center of the city.everything is near.
